Sweat Lodge for Ron (White Crow)
4th and 5th September 2010

You are invited to join Ron and I as we celebrate Ron's 75th year of his earth walk with a Sweat Lodge ceremony or, if the weather is not permitting, a pipe ceremony.

Anyone who knows Ron will know he is always keen to participate in a ceremony or tell a few jokes. This ceremony will be specifically in his honour as only such a humble and gentle elder deserves. I hope you will contact me to let me know that you wish to be a part of this ceremony or just to pass on your good wishes to him for this memorable occasion.

I look forward to hearing from you.

30th September to 4th October 2010
Menindee NSW
Postponed

Auntie Beryl Carmichael has called for
her third gathering for her land and people.

Dear friends,
Please send prayers and love to Aunty Beryl, our beautiful Nyampia Elder.
Due to family and health reasons Aunty is postponing the 13th Australian SUT Gathering. We will notify you as soon as she can set a new date.

Yours in peace
Don O'Connor
SUT Australia

SUT Australia - Menindee, NSW, Australia
requested by Aunty Beryl Carmichael, Nyampia Elder.
Camp day Wednesday 29th September 2010
Opening ceremony and fire lighting early morning Thursday 30th September
Closing ceremony early morning Monday 4th October
and camp pack up Tuesday 5th October 2010

For all OS visitors there is a fantastic train from Sydney to Adelaide which stops in Menindee - and SUT friends could pick you up from the station.
It can also be a better option for Aussies too as a plane to Sydney or Adelaide and then the train could be more fun than the Melbourne - Mildura drive of 5 hours followed by Mildura - Broken Hill drive of 3 hours and then the Broken Hill - Menindee drive of 1 hour. = 9 hours plus breaks
SUT are considering putting on a bus from Melb - if we have enough people interested.

The committee would love some help so let Don know if you wish to be part of a working group.
Please consider becoming a financial member just $33.
Contact John Palmer swings@netconnect.net.au
OS friends we'd love you all to join us and bring friends and you can come early and help too if you wish!

May you walk in peace and beauty
Sue Ewart, scribe on behalf of the current SUT committee:

Don O'Connor, Vision Keeper
Kui Marion, Advisory Elder
John Palmer, abundance basket keeper
Judi Palmer, meeting scribe,
Mark Mc Dougall, abundance acquisitions squirrel
Jude and Reuben, dedicated members.
